How it works

Create custom pricing and availability for daily, weekly, and monthly trips. Your safety is our #1 priority. We don’t allow renters with theft history or an unconfirmed identity to rent.

Step-by-Step

For Renters

Get started

Sign up with Facebook or email, and verify your phone number. Every renter needs to have their identity and eligibility verified before booking a rental, so we recommend getting approved to save time.

Find your perfect rental

Enter the rental dates you need and search the surrounding area for an available rental. As you browse through our unbeatable selection of diverse rentals, you use filters to help find the item that best suits you.

Ask questions

Each rental listing has the location, available dates, and description. This should answer many questions, but contact as many suppliers as you’d like to answer any specific questions.

Rent the item

Once you’ve identified that rental for you, go ahead and rent it. The supplier has 24 hours to give an official confirmation, and they often respond faster.

Pick up the rental

Meet the supplier at the rental start time. It’s okay to shake hands and say hello. Before you depart, note any pre-existing damage to the rental on the suppliers phone app when signing the item out.

Return the rental

At the end of your rental, replace the fuel you used if any, and return the rental to the supplier. Make sure you’re on time!
Don’t forget to say thanks when you leave a review. Your ratings help other renters find the right suppliers.

Step-by-Step

For Suppliers

List your Rental

Create a new listing in minutes. Tell us about your rental, add a few photos, and you’re in the marketplace. Update your rental’s calendar so renters know when it may be available.
Before your first rental, get your item ready. Double-check that you’re up-to-date on maintenance, and make sure the item is ready to rent.

Respond to requests

We’ll notify you when somebody wants to rent your rental. Check out their profile and ratings and decide whether the rental works for you. Feel free to contact the renter if you have any questions. You’re always in charge of who can rent your rental.

Meet the renter

Check their license, show them around the rental, and make sure they know how to use it correctly. Check the hour meter (if equipped), fuel level, and supply them with anything else the rental may require during the rental.

Relax and count your earnings

Sit back and relax! Rentalla is keeping your rental safe while you collect the funds. We are here if you need our support.

Collect your rental

The renter will return your rental at the end of the trip. Talk to them about the item condition, and make sure everything’s in order.
Make sure to rate your renter, so other owners can stay informed.
